Youth Groups:
Maryculter has many opportunities for youngsters in :
Maryculter Beaver Colony caters for boys age 6-8.
and Maryculter Scouts (age 10.5-13),
Due to a lack of leader there doesn't appear to be a Cub group running at present.
1st Maryculter Rainbows (girls 5-7) meet on a Thursday. Events include games, crafts and singing.
and 1st Maryculter Guides mmet on Tuesday nights. A varied programme is promised with lots of fun.
A "Deeside Explorer" unit is open to all boys and girls in the 14-17 age group. You don't even have to be a scout! This unit meets at Cult. The group is at the early stages of forming and new members are welcome.
