Yesterday's game away
to Maud was called off due to a frozen pitch. With overnight temperatures
plunging to minus 8° Celsius there was little doubt that the fixture would
go ahead leaving Culter with a massive backlog. Let us hope the weather
improves so we can play catch up.
Saturday 9 February
2008 - North Tayside GA Engineering Cup 3rd Round: Maud v Culter (at
Pleasure Park, Maud) Kick Off 2.15 p.m. - played to a finish - straight to
penalties if level at 90 minutes. Referee: M Kerrigan. -
Our special bus will
depart from Crombie Park Pavilion at 11.15 a.m. and collect the Aberdeen
contingent at The Seafield Club at 11.30 a.m. The bus will depart from
Maud at approximately 5.30 p.m. for the return journey to Culter via
Aberdeen. Fares will be £3 for Adults and £1.50 for Senior Citizens and
Children.
Committee
Convenes. A Meeting of Culter Football Club will be held in
Crombie Park Pavilion, Culter, on Tuesday 5 February 2008 commencing at 7.00
p.m.
Albert's Ailment.
Unfortunately our redoubtable Secretary & Treasurer Albert is
once again in hospital. He has contracted a mysterious and rare disease
which attacks the auto immune system. We wish Albert a speedy recovery.
