GUIDING APPEAL

URGENTLY WANTED

AS WE approach a new session of Guiding, we are in danger of losing our Rainbow Unit due to lack of warranted guiders. At present our one warranted guider lives and works in Aberdeen and though she is more than happy to come out to Culter to run the Rainbows sometimes, due to pressures of work or for personal reasons, she is unable to take the Rainbows. This means Rainbows have to be cancelled, which is upsetting for the girls.

For Rainbows to continue in the village we urgently need at least one adult - ideally two to become warranted to ensure there are Rainbows in the village.

If you are l8yrs or over, enjoy working with children aged 5-7 yrs, have a talent for crafts, music or games, we would love to hear from you. Training will be given locally and at Guide HQ in Aberdeen .
