PROPOSED YOUTH FACILITIES IN CULTER

FOLLOWING the improved drainage to the school pitch before the summer holidays, work is currently underway with some of the young people in Culter to consider a hard area at one end of the pitch where young people can play (hopefully) all year round. Plans are being drawn up and there will be a consultation exercise to consider how this might impact on current and future users of the pitch and other interested parties.

It is hoped that if this project is successful, then it will provide a useful resource for the village. Aberdeen City Council and the Police support this project and it is hoped that the young people will play a pro-active role in this development.
