When you read this, the school holidays will nearly be over and summer holidays will be a distant memory for most. I hope you all managed to enjoy some sunshine.

Many thanks to all who supported us by contributing so generously to the success of our May Fayre which raised in excess of £1,400. This money will be put to good use for the comfort and pleasure of the residents who, after all, are the most important people in our Home.

New Dates for Your Diary

Our next event is a CHEESE & WINE PARTY on Friday 30 August in the Home. There have been quite a few changes amongst our staff and residents so this will be an ideal opportunity to socialise and meet our new matron, Mrs Louise Grant.

On Friday 4 October, there will be another QUIZ NIGHT. This has proved very popular with relatives, guests and residents. We also have welcomed Primary 7 children from Culler School. The children have contributed greatly to the success of these evenings.

In the month of November, we will be holding our annual SILENT AUCTION in the Home at Eastleigh. This will be on Friday 15 November in the evening. Proceeds from this will help defray costs of our Christmas celebrations.
