CULTER BOYS CLUB

THE boys are already looking forward to the new football season but it's not long since we celebrated the end of the 2001/2002 season with Culter Boys Club presentation evening at Blair's College at the beginning of June.

Northsound 2's Dave McDermid was once again our master of ceremonies, with special guests Stewart Milne and Paul Lawrie helping our Chairman Mark Jordan with the presentations. Stewart was once a coach for Culter Boys Club and Paul's son has just completed a season with our under 7s team.

Player of the year awards went to:

For the first time, we have introduced a Loyalty Award scheme to recognise players who have been with the club for a significant number of years. Seven players from the under 18 squad were presented with special awards to celebrate 10 years each with Culter Boys Club - Paul Davidson, Andrew Groundwater, Michael McFarlane, Steven McRae, Gregor Moir,  Ian Smith and Stuart Russo.
