PETERCULTER GOLF CLUB

LIKE everyone, Peterculter golf club was hit hard by the snowy weather over Christmas and the course was closed for almost three weeks. Happily it is open once more and the greens and fairways don't seem to have suffered too much from their blanket of snow.   On several occasions people were seen sledging and skiing over the course, and whilst on this occasion no harm was done, we would like to point out that the greens in particular are delicate areas and the greens staff have worked hard to bring them up to a high standard. We would ask people to be aware that the golf course is not public land and a lot of work goes into making it a high quality amenity for members and visitors alike.

A programme of work has been set out to bring the course up to the required standard ready to start the season on March 31st. All the new holes will be in play and the signs are that we shall have a first class golf course.

The waiting list for Peterculter Golf Club is still very short, and it is likely that all those who are currently on that list will be offered a place in March. If you are interested in joining our club, please     contact     us     at info@petercultergolfclub.co.uk
