MR MORRISON MARGINALLY MISSES MILLIONS DONALD MORRI50N of Johnston Gardens West, Peterculter, came oh so close to becoming a millionaire. In the National lottery on Saturday 19 March 2005, Donald had 5 out of the 6 numbers and, for the vital incorrect one he chose 32 instead of 33! If he had chosen correctly, he would have shared the £5.2 million Jackpot but instead had to be content with £1,658 for matching five numbers. Philosophically 82-year-old Donald said what would he have done with millions at his age, and was perfectly happy with his consolation prize. |
