Cubs Clean Up

CUBS CLEAN UP ...

THE school field has recently become plagued by litter from unauthorised groups using the field. The Cubs demonstrated their social and community responsibility by spending the whole of their Tuesday evening meetings picking up the litter. Protective equipment was lent by Aberdeen City Council and the Cubs received a safety briefing beforehand together with do's and don'ts.

Two wheely bins were filled with the litter collected. Hopefully, users of the school field will be more responsible in the future and take their litter home with them or use the bins provided.
