CULTER BOYS CLUB

DUE to popular demand, Culter Boys Club will be introducing a girls' Under 13 football team to begin training in the springtime with a view to playing organised matches in a friendly league in the summer. The team will be provided with qualified coaching and any girls from the Primary 5 to Primary 7 age group are welcome to join.

Culter Boys Club has been operating for 21 years, providing organised football for children from 6 years old to 18 years old, and currently has approximately 200 members.

As a result, the club will be looking for additional coaching staff. Although coaching experience is desirable it is not essential, as coaching courses will be provided. Ideally we would be looking for female coaches, however, all coaches will be requested to go through a Police Vetting Scheme. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who has an interest in football and in particular an interest in seeing the Girl's Game develop.

* If you are interested, contact Stuart Duck.

Culter Boys Club is also looking for new players and coaching help for other teams.

Both our 12s and 11s teams are expanding in preparation for going into 11-a-side football and are currently looking for new players in all positions. It is preferable if you have played football before, either for your school team or for a different club. However, this is not essential as a love for playing football is the most important factor.

Organised games take place either in Culter or at the Aulton pitches near the beach on a Sunday morning and there is also a weekly training session. If you are interested in joining one of Aberdeen's fastest growing Juvenile Football Clubs:

If you were born

* after Jan 1st 1993 then contact Graham Pether

after Jan 1st 1992 then contact Mick Thornton

Finally, Culter Boys Club Under 13s are looking to expand to two teams for next season (Under 14s) and we are looking for one or more coaches to run this team.

Anyone interested should contact Craig Pirie
