GUIDING IN CULTER

ONCE again I am appealing for Leaders to help with various Units in the village. We are about to lose two excellent Rainbow Leaders and! would like to take this opportunity to thank them for all their hard work over the last two years.

Rainbows are aged between 5-7years and meetings are held early evening. If you think you would like to help with this age group, please phone me for further details.

Our Guide Unit is running at full capacity with a large waiting list. If we could find new leaders we could start a new Unit. This group caters for age 10-l4years and there is an exciting new programme for the girls to follow. Full training would be available for anyone interested in working with the girls.

At present there are over 150 girls involved in Guiding in Culter District. It is very encouraging to see so many children involved in the movement but we do ne more adult support, even if you could only help on an occasional basis or have a skill or talent you could share one evening with the girls. all support is greatly appreciated.
