Do you regularly feel tired, weary and lethargic? Would you like to exercise more, and are possibly looking for something a little different? - BodyBalance could be just what you are looking for.

BodyBalance is a dynamic, yoga based stretch program that will leave you feeling relaxed and revitalized. Whilst invigorating and toning, it also releases tight, tense muscles and relieves pain, leaving you in a state of energized calm.

The hour-long class consists of a range of poses, stretches and balances set to inspiring music. Using exercises based on Tai-Chi (a 5000 year old Chinese Martial arts practice for health and relaxation), Pilate’s (core strength focusing on abdominal and lower back) and Yoga, to improve the strength and tone of muscles as well as ensuring flexibility gains that will help you look leaner and stronger.

The program changes every two to three months, allowing sufficient time to become familiar with the format. Program changes ensure continued interest, and further physical development.

Is BodyBalance for you? - Irrespective of fitness level, age, or frequency of exercise, there’s something there for everyone. BodyBalance will also compliment any fitness regime.

BodyBalance is currently running three

times a week at Culter sports centre.

Monday at 8:00 pm, Thursday and

Saturday at 10 am.
