CULTER COMMUNITY PLAYGROUP

HELLO from Playgroup. I'd like to take this opportunity to warmly welcome our new boys and girls who joined Playgroup after the October holidays.

Upcoming Events at Playgroup

Our next event is our Annual Christmas Fayre on Saturday 16 November from 10am until 12 noon . Tickets are available from Playgroup or at the door on the day. There will be a range of various stalls in the hall, from bric-a-brac to bottle, something for all ages. We are looking forward to seeing old and new faces. All profits go towards the children's Christmas gifts and their party celebrations.

Our committee's objective this year is upgrading our Playgroup's room. Over the years, the room has been redecorated but sadly, with daily wear and tear, the room is in need of far more than a lick of paint. We are appealing for help and advice on this project, so if there are any budding Lawrence Llewyn-Bowens out there, please get in touch. We are looking for donations. On our wish list is a replacement Kitchen, so if you are having a new one fitted and your old one is in good condition, please spare a thought for Playgroup. Any help and donations offered would be gratefully received as with everyone's help and support our project could begin. And in the committee's opinion, this would be the best way of thanking our three Playleaders - Sheena, Sheila and Jane for all their hard work over the years. I am sure you will agree these ladies deserve these improvements.

Most of all, the local children attending Playgroup now and in the future years to come will reap the benefits.
