CULTER PLAYGROUP
CULTER Playgroup continues to go from strength to strength.
All three groups catering from two-and-a-half years of age through to 'pre-schoolers' are now fully subscribed. A waiting list exists and the Playgroup offers government funded places for three year olds. Our three experienced playleaders -Jayne, Sheila and Sheena -recently have gained more formal qualifications.
Well done!
Playgroup provides fun in the form of crafts, singing, messy play and stories in a positive and caring environment. Outdoor exercise is now possible in the newly secured garden.
A warm welcome awaits all at the Village Hall. The ever-enthusiastic Sheila, Sheena and Jayne succeed in making everyone feel special (parents included!).
The new committee, led by Nadine Taylor and Debbie Greig, is full of fundraising ideas the first of which is the annual Christmas Fair on Saturday 24 November. We trust that his popular event will, as ever, be well supported by the local community.
