Culter Village Hall News

CULTER Village hall has been closed over the summer holidays, during which time we have done some work an the garden and the hall has been given a good clean so that it is ready for the user groups when they return.

We have received a donation from Culter Community Council of £1500 towards the repair of the west end gable wall, and also a donation of  £750 from BG group. Recently we have received quotes for the work and expect it to start sometime in early September. We have been struggling to find the funds far this essential repair for almost two years, so are very grateful to all those groups and individuals who have helped us to reach our target and enabled us to get this work completed.

The hall reopens for all regular activities on Tuesday 22nd August. We still have some free times available for daytime or early evening activities so if you wish to book the hall for your group, a party, a bouncy castle party or simply enquire about activities in the village, please call the hall administrator, Alison Skinner on 734371. Office hours are 8.30am-12.30pm weekdays and 2pm­4pm Monday-Thursday. The hall office is closed during the weekends.
