Road Sense

PLEASE come and join us. Road Sense are holding a fundraising Ceilidh on Saturday 2nd September 2006 at Kippie Lodge, North Deeside Road Milltimber, at which we will be giving Paddy Imhof and his e-petition (the fastest growing petition in Scotland since e-petitions started) a rousing send off.

Paddy, from Wedderhill, has petitioned the Scottish Parliament on our behalf. He requests that the Scottish Parliament urges the Scottish Executive to rev proposals for the controversial AWPR in light of growing public concern with this project. If the petition gets sufficient signatures our objections will be heard by a committee of the Parliament. To date this petition is one of the largest in Scottish Parliament history. Please get

involved by signing before the closing date of 31st August 2006. Sign up via latest announcements at www.road-sense.org

Our theme for Paddy's Ceilidh will be a `Touch of Tartan' so please wear as much or as little tartan as you like. Tickets will be available at  £15 per person from 5th August at the Sports reception desk, Kippie Lodge.
