Celebration

A PREVIOUS Minister of the former Cults East Church, Rev Donald Rennie, recently was honoured with an evening's celebration at the Panmuir Arms, Edzell, to mark his fifty years as an ordained minister. Friends and colleagues from his days as an assistant at Govan Old Church through to his last position as Industrial Chaplain, contributed to the occasion.

However, some members of Cults East had been unable to attend and decided they too would like to mark the occasion, so invited Mr Rennie and his wife, Ann, to an evening out at the Borsalino Restaurant, in Culter.

The evening proved so enjoyable that they are thinking about having another one, next year!
