Yes, Rotary does `put something back' into the community (both locally and Rotary Members helping with "Culter in Bloom" THE Rotary Club of Aberdeen Deeside is here to serve the community - so can we help you? If you have a local project and would like some physical or monetary help, or you have a local, national or international project you'd like support for, then don't hesitate to get it touch with us for our consideration. The Rotary motto of "SERVICE Above Self' is never more apparent than within the Aberdeen Deeside Club - and we have great fun doing it. Recent winter projects have included • a disco for the PSs-P7s in Aberdeen - Hallowe'en theme (now that was scary!), with £1,000 going to Young Carers, Aberdeen (and our next one is a Valentine Theme on Saturday 11 February in Jumping Jacks Nightclub, Aberdeen - 24pm); • helping to man the raffle of a car in the Bon-Accord Centre pre-Christmas - nationally) and throughout the world. If you are interested in being part of such a Service organisation, we would welcome you to any of our Wednesday evening meetings held in Cults Hotel - 6.15pm for 6.45 for supper, business and a speaker. Please consider coming to join us - you'd be made most welcome.
