Gala Donations

THE following groups/organisations were allocated money from Gala 2005. The donations will be used to augment their fund-raising, which goes on all year round.

Residents of Culter, and visitors, benefit from the many activities in our village and it seems right that any profit made at the Gala events should, in turn, benefit these groups.

£400 (each) Pipe Bands; Village Hall

£300    "          St Peter's Heritage Trust; CASTLE (playing fields on old tip)

£200    "      Scouts; Culter in Bloom; Culter Playgroup; Culter School PTA; OAPs;

£150     School Nursery Woodland Garden Project

£100        "          Bo-peeps & Toddlers; CASKET; Culter Boys Club;

£ 50     "      Culter Hockey; Maryculter Playgroup (Culter children attend this)
