Charlie & the Chocolate Factory (incl. a musical treat)

CULTER Theatre Club will be performing a Christmas show with a difference this year. The show will consist of two parts: the official play of Roald Dahl's Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, followed by review of sweet music and funny recitals. Yet, you can still count on the magic and laughter so much part of any of CTC's shows.

The shows will be on a bit later than you are used to as well. The Club will be on stage for four performances from Thursday 15 December to Saturday 17 December 2005 (incl. matinee). So put that in your planner NOW!

Auditions for the show will be on Tuesday 6 September and Thursday 8 September from

• 7.30pm - 9pm for juniors up to 14

• 9pm – l0pm for juniors 14+ and adults. Audition pieces will be available from the Village Hall notice board from 30 August onwards. Alternatively, pick up them up from no.7 The Paddock (after August 30). You can audition for * an acting part only, * a singing part only * or both.

Anyone from 10 upwards or PS (which ever is earlier) can audition. Please remember: you will be required to have the audition pieces prepared (learned off by heart) and need to be available for all show dates and all rehearsals two weeks prior to show.
