Hello!
OVER the past four
weeks I have been away from Culter. The first week was dodging a bicycle
being ridden by the President and being devoured by midges and
experiencing some long shifts to boot. This was followed by my departure
three weeks ago from Scotland to colder climes when Scotland was basking
in sunshine at 27 degrees C. At the time I thought, typical, any decent
weather we have I am never here to see it, but my destination, which was
Iceland, of all places had fantastic weather. I am told it has been the
hottest summer on record so far. It was a brilliant experience and all
the hiking I did I should be able to manage School Road and more.
Unfortunately there is no hot tub at the end of it.
On my return
yesterday, I was asked to submit an article so I think I am now up to
speed in all that has been going on. Overall it has been quiet. There
has been a break-in at Kennerty Court and. and some Anti Social
Behaviour at Dalmaik Terrace. I ask parents again to be aware where
their kids are and that they do not congregate there. For those that do,
they may find themselves being reported which could easily be avoided by
not being there or becoming involved.
Recently several have
been charged with the offences of vandalism and Misuse of Drugs Act.
In Cults there have
been some break-ins very recently so please be vigilant and, as I have
mentioned before, report any suspicious activity immediately.
During April onwards
there were complaints of motorcycles and Quad bikes using the area
adjacent to Crombie Football Park. Over the past year ownership has
changed and No Permission has been given to anyone to use it for riding
motorcycles or Quads. If a complaint is made against anyone using this
area to ride any motorbike moped or Quad, they could end up being
charged.
Well that's all for
now. I hope you have had, having or going to have a good summer holiday.
